Consultation

Request a consultation.

A first consultation at Marchetti & Vlasov begins with a written application. Each one is read personally by Dr. Marchetti, with replies issued in writing within five working days. Forty-eight new patients are accepted in a calendar year; the waiting list at present runs to nineteen months.

What to Expect Three phases
01

— The Application.

You complete the form below — your name, how to reach you, a brief medical history, and a short note about why you are writing. Write as much or as little as you want. The form is the start of clinical correspondence, not an intake.

02

— The Reading.

Each application is read by Dr. Marchetti personally, in cohorts of four. The reading takes place once weekly. We respond in writing within five working days, whether or not we are able to take you on as a patient.

03

— The First Appointment.

If we are able to accept your application, you are offered a first consultation appointment — a ninety-minute meeting in the Milan rooms, scheduled at the earliest opening on the waiting list. Treatment is never proposed at the first appointment.

For return contact only. We do not telephone applicants unprompted.
Anything we should know. Two paragraphs is fine.
Tell us what you would like the consultation to address. As much or as little as you wish.

Replies arrive in writing within five working days. We do not send automated confirmations.

A Note

Milano, March 2026

If you have read this far, and you are considering writing to us, we would be glad to hear from you. The application is a short piece of writing — what brings you to the practice, what you have been considering, what you would like the work to address. There is no template, and we do not score the responses.

The practice is closed by intention. We accept fewer than fifty new patients a year. The selection is not merit-based; it is fit-based. We are looking for patients who want the kind of dentistry we practise — and who have the patience for the slowness with which we practise it.
